Project tasks

Optimise and simplify the process of user interaction with the service

The platform has two target audiences


– rents the block on the selected platform from the site owner for its own streaming, thus increasing its audience coverage

Website owner

– earns by providing its banner position

What have we done?

We analysed the existing business processes of the platform by building scenarios for service users and interviewing potential customers. We have also identified and implemented new business processes, improved existing ones and removed redundant ones

Usability audit

We have audited the resource on the following parameters:

  • User-friendliness of the interface
  • Navigation clarity
  • Convenience of the mobile version adapter
  • Ability to display correctly on different types of display
  • Devices with different screen resolutions


Prototyping was necessary:

  • Competently and thoroughly plan the placement of blocks and design elements
  • Organise a convenient navigation system
  • Consider the possibilities of user interaction with the service based on the business processes studied
  • To present the concept of the future interface of the platform clearly

Personal user account

A personal account is a key element of the platform, as both types of users perform most of their transactions with the service through it.

Both types of personal accounts, which differ in their content and functionality from the Streamer and Website owner, have been redesigned to meet the platform requirements of users as much as possible.


Design Features

The interface is designed in dark tones, and people in contact with the gaming industry take this approach very positively.


The navigation mechanism is implemented according to the logic of Youtube, so a new user would immediately get into a familiar environment.


A simple and intuitive interface has been supplemented with tips in the form of hints, to understand all possible options for the user.


Adaptive version

In the audit phase of the adaptive web design project, a number of vulnerabilities regarding display on mobile devices were identified.

A special feature of the project is that in many sections the statistics have to be displayed with a large number of columns. Therefore, during the UX prototyping phase, we set up the design structure taking into account the display on various gadgets. A separate stage was also identified to work on the adapter during the design.



  1. Modernisation has reduced the time required for the user to understand how to use the service.

  2. The interface is now more intuitive, as the arrangement of all functional elements is more familiar and logical for the user, both in the desktop version and in the adapter.

  3. The built in business processes help attract new customers.
