est8app is an application for internal use by commercial real estate brokers that helps to manage their database of objects and clients of the company, easily list all currently vacant premises that match the client's request.

Mobile

for brockers

The main and crucial task was the development of mobile application.This application is designed for internal use by all brokers, employees of BLD Group. First all business logic was thoroughly analysed at the prototyping stage, and then a unique design was prepared. The main focus in the design was primarily on the UX - maximum usability and intuitiveness of the application. .

Longlist creation algorythm

The most interesting part of the project from a technical point of view was the development of an algorithm to select vacant properties from the database that would match the client's needs, fixed in the framework of a particular transaction. This functionality has significantly reduced brokers' time needed for creation of long-lists of properties for clients and increased the quality of the information provided

Viewing appointments

This module is useful for both clients and brokers, as after the client has added all favourite accommodation for viewing and submitted a request, the broker will be able to see this request in the app, draw up a viewing route and send it to the client

Web interface
for clients

All clients get an access to the longlist via link, which opens a web interface where the client can log in with his/her phone number and view a list of selected properties.For the client's convenience, the objects are displayed both as a list and on the map. Each property has a separate page with details of the specific building and its vacant units

Web interface
for property owners

All owners whose property is registered in our database get access to their own dashboard via a link to the web interface. Similarly to the clients the owners log in with their phone number using their OTP password and can quickly check the statistics on their properties as well as update the properties' parameters by requesting changes in the feedback form
