Mobile first design

One of the main challenges of this system was to design all interfaces with mobile first in consideration. All customers expect to receive information promptly and be able to access it easily at any time. The system structure and all its elements and sections were first developed for mobile devices and then adapted to the desktop screen resolution.

Client authorization

Since the project is designed for Partner construction clients only, each client has personal login access with the option to restore the password and/or change it in the personal data section. Only the system administrator may register a new user via the control panel. An important detail is that more than one user may have access to the same objects.

List of properties

The client dashboard provides a simple overview of his facilities and their current statuses. This screen allows the user to view their profile and open a separate page for each of their objects to view detailed information.

Object property

Object details are divided into logical tabs for quick access. The first tab with basic data on the object is created in order to be the most informative and the customer can quickly track all the statuses and updates on the various stages of work on the object property.

Gallery

One of the most important and clear features for customers is a section with a photo gallery of works on the object. In this section users can easily split photos into albums according to different stages of work or other logical groups at the manager's discretion. Moreover, all new photos which have not yet been reviewed by a client are marked, which helps users to be always aware of the latest changes.

PROTOCOLS
MEETING NOTES

The meeting protocol is a document that records the subject, location, client and project name, as well as a description of the work done, ongoing and planned, who is responsible for it, the deadline and the status. Users can download an xls file with the results of the meeting in its entirety or just with the fields that interest them

Material

During the renovation and furnishing process, unforeseen situations often arise when a model, colour, texture or other parameter of a finishing material or decorative item needs to be replaced. The PC service allows you to coordinate the replacement in your personal account, which significantly reduces the time for negotiation, photo messenger exchange and allows you to track the history of decision-making. The customer can select from a number of material and decorative items to be replaced and can specify names, manufacturer, main features and prices, which are used as a basis for decision-making.

Integration with telegram

The project has implemented the possibility of integrating the client's account with a Telegram bot. A client may select Telegram as one of the communication channels in his/her profile settings and once the bot is activated, he/she will receive notifications on his/her objects in this messenger. This increases customer loyalty as they remain aware of any changes in the status of their facilities at any time, anywhere.
