UNB - a private gas producer, introducing best practices in drilling wells in Ukraine
We have been set a task to develop a corporate website of UNB company, which provides, among other things, online trading services in oil, gas, and gas condensate.
To develop an application for online auctions for the sale of oil and gas condensate, which will enable to automatize and simplify the communication with partners.
To create a convenient communication platform that would provide all necessary information about the company for its partners, suppliers, and potential employees.
The system was developed on the expectation of operating a large amount of information, and therefore, in the development process, the basic requirements for all components were defined.
Security
Initially, strict requirements were set to the platform to ensure the safety of online auctions on purchasing oil and gas condensate. Data security is provided by the fdForge system.
Auction Settings and Control
The conditions of each auction are individual, and therefore the managers should be able to customize the parameters of each event, as well as monitor and regulate the interaction with the users during the auction.
User accounts
Each of the users participating in the auction should be able to see one’s entire history of actions on the site, as well as provide information about oneself for producing of all the documents required for participation. In this regard, the system provides a user constructor, which enabled to ensure control of the list of members, as well as the availability of necessary information about the rates and bidding results with the resource managers.
The solution to achieve all the required characteristics was the fdForge project management system, which enabled to set up individual accounts for operators, as well as to ensure the stable operation of the entire service.
Auctions are held regularly and sometimes several auctions are held at the same time. Thus, the functional of on-line monitoring of the status of each auction and the rapid response were critical. This requirement was achieved due to the capabilities of the fdForge project management system.
UNB takes is actively involved in assisting the rural communities of Krasnokutsk district of Kharkov region: it repairs roads, schools, orphanages, hospitals and many other things. To display all the work and activities, we have developed an interactive map that demonstrates all company’s activities.

The company takes care of the environment, monitors compliance with environmental standards, analyzes the impact of activities on the environment, and demonstrates friendliness in terms of using resources. Due to this, high environmental standards are achieved, and a corresponding section of the resource is devoted to this.

To solve the tasks of communication with partners, potential employees and suppliers, we, together with the UNB team, have elaborated the concept of the story based on highlighting the main accents and values that are important to UNB.
The company has strong views on the issue of labor protection, and there is a special section on this, where, for a greater emphasis on the importance of the issue, various graphic elements and images are used.
This section contains all necessary open documentation of the company. Visitors can familiarize themselves with the financial statements and the company’s resolutions in a convenient way.
The main events that contributed to the formation of UNB are presented in the form of light infographics, which is being supplemented with the course of time.
Potential applicants can get familiarized with the open vacancies, learn about the benefits of working in the company and send their resume in the section devoted to career in the company.
